Rick is an Author and Employment Industry Veteran.
As a veteran employment professional with over 45 years in the industry, Rick has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of candidates and companies in the capacity of recruiter and consultant observing what it requires to compel employers to hire candidates as a matter of their own self-interest. He shares this valuable knowledge with job hunters 50+ to help overcome the dauting challenges of ageism and become more competitive.
Rick has published articles on job hunting and other employment issues, presented and consulted on career development for nonprofit and professional organizations, and lectured graduate students about interviewing techniques and strategies. He has also participated in public service programming for radio and television.
